Sign up early to get the best slots for your schedule

Volunteers are essential to our swim team’s success. For your swimmer to be eligible to participate in meets, each family is asked to sign up for 4 volunteer slots during the season.

Log in to the Swimtopia app (or go to the Team Calendar page on our website). Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Click "Forgot Your Password" if needed.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts
• One parent may sign up both parents for jobs. Scroll down to see the other parent listed. If you know you and your spouse will not attend, skip to Swimmer Signup
• Click Save Assignments
• Click Back to Signup Calendar

Swimmer Signup

• Each swimmer needs to be signed up 3 days prior to a Meet
• Swimmers not marked as "attending" the Meet will not be placed in a relay
• If no selection is made in SwimTopia, the swimmer will only be in individual events
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
  • (Undeclared) 
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices
