Share Your Season Photos & Videos
Our end-of-season celebration is in a couple of weeks - which means all the season's photos and footage will soon come together in a montage showcasing the hard work, flip turns and victories this season delivered.

- JPG (JPEG) files are preferred
- Size: 2 MB to 5 MB (usually shot at 12 megapixels or higher)

Part of our end-of-season montage is dedicated to our Senior Dolphins who are preparing to hop into the big pool of life. Please share photos of your child's past swim seasons so we can help show them how much we appreciate them and will miss them.

Swim Meet Tips
- RSVP in SwimTopia at least 3 days in advance
- Email Coach Kate for last minute RSVP changes
- Allow plenty of time for traffic and parking
- Swimmers arrive in team swimsuit with goggles and cap
- Check in with Coach Kate on arrival
- If volunteering, check in with Laurin Finnison (704.534.1794)
- Bring a chair, towel, sunblock, snacks, drinks, sharpie
- Help your swimmer draw their swim grid on their arm/leg
Swim Grid, Decoded!
Wondering what all the sharpie's about?
Swim grids help athletes keep track of events, and helps the Clerk of Course organize the swimmers.
Use the Meet Heat Sheet to fill it in:
E = Event
H = Heat
L = Lane
S = Stroke
Pro Tips:
- Write your athlete's initials on their shoulder to find them in the crowd!
- Write a fun message on their back to amp up the team spirit.
- Wipe away the shenanigans with hand sanitizer.
