• 5:15 pm Warm Up, 6 pm Start 
• RSVP in SwimTopia at least 3 days in advance 
• Email Coach Kate for last minute RSVP changes 
• Allow plenty of time for traffic and parking 
• Swimmers arrive in team swimsuit; bring goggles, cap, towel 
• Check in with Coach Kate on arrival 
• Volunteers: be prepared to work your shift; check in with Laurin on arrival 
• Bring a chair, towel, sunblock, snacks, drinks, sharpie
