A NOTE FROM COACH 

This Thursday is our first practice - come meet your teammates, get to know your coaches, and have fun! It's dry practice, so no need to wear your suit. 

Shrimpers are off this Friday, but all other age groups will have practice: ages 7-10 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, and ages 11+ from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Evening Practice May 8 to June 10
Monday-Friday, except May 22 & 25 

• Ages 6 & Under (Shrimpers) – 5:00-5:30 pm (No practice May 8) 
• Ages 7-10 – 5:30-6:30 pm 
• Ages 11 & Up – 6:30-7:30 pm 
• Weekly Fun Friday! 

Note: Shrimpers have this Friday off; all other ages have practice. 

Wave Café Donations Accepted May 7-21

• Families are asked to donate at least one requested item
• Please only bring donations during swim practice
