Hey Dolphin Families,

Swim Team registration is open!

We encourage swimmers ages 5-18, of all abilities and dedication levels, to join us to:

• Build confidence in the water
• Make friends and have fun
• Improve technique and swim skills
• Boost discipline and teamwork
• Experience healthy competition

Registration is open April 1 - May 8, 2026.

Upcoming Events

Meet & Greet: April 26, 3:00-5:00 pm
Popsicle party! Meet the SFST Committee and Coaches, get swim team swimsuit  information, and learn about volunteer positions.

Family Fun Night: May 7 5:30-7:30 pm
Socialize with SFST families and kick off the 2026 swim season! First team practice (dry), mandatory parent meeting, and pizza by the slice.

Reminders

Sign Up to Volunteer: May 8-22
Volunteer information and job descriptions are on the Volunteer Positions page of our website. You do not have to sign up for volunteer slots during registration. 

Wave Café Donations: May 7-22
Every family is asked to help stock the Wave Café by donating at least one requested item. Please see the Donation Sign Up list for specific needs.
